A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before your next upgrade.

Good choices start with the details. Here is what to know before you order.

Ask ONEX
How do I choose between the two chairs?

Start with the seat dimensions and the look you want. STC 25 Years has a 54 × 49 cm seat; RTC Embrace has a 54 × 55 cm seat. Measure a chair you already find comfortable and check the clearance under your desk.

What should I know about the finish and colour?

RTC Embrace is listed with short-pile linen fabric upholstery. For STC 25 Years, check the exact finish for your chosen colour with ONEX before ordering. Product images show colour options; the selected product page confirms the details.

How much is delivery, and when will my chair arrive?

Shipping charges and available services depend on your postcode and selected chair. Checkout calculates shipping for your address. Check the product page for any pre-order notice and dispatch timing. See shipping information for more details.

What warranty comes with my chair?

The current product warranty is shown in the comparison above. Keep your proof of purchase and check the coverage for your model. For claim steps or questions, contact ONEX.

What if I need to return my chair?

Please read the current returns and refund policy before ordering, including eligibility and packaging requirements. Contact ONEX before sending a chair back.
