1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Areas
    • Including Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane
    • Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
  • Regional Areas
    • Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
  • Remote and Rural Areas
    • Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days.

Please note That Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier conditions.

3. Large or Bulky Items

  • Some items are large and heavy. We may use pallet freight services requiring access for tail-lift trucks.
  • You must provide accurate delivery information, including any access restrictions.
  • Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • If redelivery is required due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within Australia.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size of the products.
  • If you're located on an island or in an extremely remote area, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you before proceeding with the order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • You can use the tracking link to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier or freight provider.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If the item is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and provide photos of the damage.
  • If the item is lost in transit, notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the courier.
  • We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues promptly and efficiently.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship to Australian addresses only.
