1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Metro Areas
- Including Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane
- Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
Regional Areas
- Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
Remote and Rural Areas
- Estimated delivery within 7 to 14 business days.

Please note That Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier conditions.

3. Large or Bulky Items

Some items are large and heavy. We may use pallet freight services requiring access for tail-lift trucks.
You must provide accurate delivery information, including any access restrictions.
Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
If redelivery is required due to a missed delivery or incorrect address, a redelivery fee may apply.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the size of the products.
If you're located on an island or in an extremely remote area, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you before proceeding with the order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
You can use the tracking link to monitor your delivery status directly with the courier or freight provider.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days and provide photos of the damage.
If the item is lost in transit, notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the courier.
We will work with you to resolve any shipping issues promptly and efficiently.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We ship to Australian addresses only.
